I recently visited Frontier Dermatology for the second time; both visits were for facials. The experience was most positive from beginning (checking-in) to departure (paying and booking another appointment). All of the staff whom I encountered were friendly and efficient. However, the highlight was my encounter with the Licensed Master Esthetician, Elsa Davenport. She was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and an exceptionally nice person. Thank you all!

Dr Spoonemore is a highly competent doctor who also has excellent “bedside” manner. She’s friendly, interested and never makes one feel rushed. She often has students with her and I can understand why as she is a great example of knowledge and service.

Dr Spoonemore misdiagnosed me again and again. She did not read notes prior to seeing me each time which led to me repeating myself over and over again. Her response was "I have too many patients to remember all of the details". That's great although I saw her consistently for a year. What took her a year was literally diagnosed at first glance from another Dermatologist. I had a biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis since she had made me so paranoid. I felt like a Guinea Pig due to her lack of knowledg.

One of the best experiences I have had in a clinical setting. Elsa provided excellent guidance and her empathic approach was endearing and encouraging. She helped me find the right doctor for what I needed and went above and beyond. So much so that I booked a chemical peel because I admire her work and value her efforts. Thank you for caring beyond the surface level for me today. It really meant a lot.

I’ve been going through a tattoo removal process for the past 15 months (6 sessions so far). Elsa Davenport is my Master Esthetician who provides this service. She is a lovely woman who truly enjoys what she does. She explains what she’s doing as she provides the laser treatment and is sensitive to my pain tolerance and stopping for breaks, if needed. She photographs a “before picture” at each treatment to compare to the earlier photos and showing me the progress. She provides clear home care information following the treatment. I would recommend this clinic to others for tattoo removal.
